Job Summary Expedited Transportation Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Courier Service Associate to support daily courier and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will assist with package handling, pickup and delivery coordination, service documentation, and customer communication while maintaining a professional and dependable approach. Responsibilities Receive, sort, organize, and prepare packages for scheduled deliveries. Assist with pickup and delivery activities according to assigned schedules. Verify package information, addresses, and delivery instructions. Handle packages carefully and follow proper package-handling procedures. Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates. Maintain accurate delivery records and service documentation. Assist drivers and courier team members with daily operational tasks. Report delays, delivery issues, damaged packages, or customer concerns promptly. Use mobile devices or company systems to update delivery information. Help maintain organized and efficient courier work areas. Follow company safety policies and operational procedures. Provide courteous and responsive customer service. Assist with general logistics and administrative tasks as needed. Support other courier service duties assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Previous courier, delivery, transportation, logistics, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle packages carefully and efficiently. Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and basic delivery technology. Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and safety procedures. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
