This role assists with package handling, delivery preparation, customer communication, service documentation, and general courier activities while helping maintain efficient and reliable service. Responsibilities Assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, and preparing packages for delivery. Support daily pickup and delivery activities according to assigned schedules. Verify package labels, addresses, and delivery information for accuracy. Handle packages carefully and follow established handling procedures. Assist with loading and organizing packages for efficient transportation. Communicate professionally with customers regarding routine delivery questions. Provide pickup and delivery information to appropriate team members. Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and service documentation. Assist with organizing packages according to routes and delivery schedules. Support drivers and courier staff during busy operating periods. Report delivery issues, package concerns, or address discrepancies to the appropriate team member. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Provide courteous and professional customer service during pickup and delivery activities. Perform other courier service and delivery support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in courier, delivery, logistics, warehouse, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. Dependable, punctual, and responsible work attitude. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
