Job Summary Atlantic Courier Service is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Courier Service Representative to support daily courier and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate deliveries, assist customers, maintain accurate service records, and help ensure packages and documents are handled and delivered efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate pickup and delivery requests with customers and courier staff. Receive and process customer delivery inquiries and service requests. Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules and services. Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and customer documentation. Track packages and update delivery information as needed. Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and team members. Assist with resolving delivery delays, address issues, and service concerns. Maintain accurate records of shipments, pickups, deliveries, and customer interactions. Ensure packages and documents are properly identified and handled. Follow company procedures for package security and customer information. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Perform other courier service and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous courier, logistics, dispatch, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic delivery-tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
