As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time role. This position combines basic office support, courier duties, and assistance with virtual deposition recordings.

No prior legal experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up virtual deposition recordings Monitor live recordings and help resolve basic technical issues Communicate professionally with attorneys, witnesses, and clients Assist with spelling confirmations or other information during depositions when needed Process incoming and outgoing mail Perform local courier duties Organize and maintain electronic files and records Provide general administrative support as assigned

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older Comfortable using computers and learning new software Basic knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing platforms Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional communication skills Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to qualify for a Texas Notary Public commission
