Duties Lead and supervise station staff, including fueling attendants, cashiers, maintenance technicians, and security personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols Oversee facilities maintenance management, including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair using schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques Manage facilities maintenance teams to perform routine inspections and repairs on mechanical systems, electrical wiring (including low voltage systems), plumbing, HVAC units, and other essential equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, maintaining safety records, and implementing safety procedures for all team members Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule maintenance tasks, track repairs, and manage maintenance repair procedures efficiently Monitor fuel inventory levels, oversee cash handling procedures, and ensure the accuracy of point-of-sale transactions using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation Enforce safety regulations related to hazardous materials handling and environmental protection while managing emergency response protocols in coordination with local authorities Develop project management plans for facility upgrades or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial maintenance best practices Lead team management initiatives by providing training on electrical experience requirements such as Ohmmeter usage or managing low voltage electrical systems Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, incident reports, and operational logs to ensure regulatory compliance Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in a facilities or industrial maintenance environment Mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance & repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including low voltage), and mechanical systems repair Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safety regulations applicable to fuel stations and industrial environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting purposes; experience with CMMS software is preferred Technical skills in schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting techniques, HVAC systems repair, electrical systems diagnostics using tools like Ohmmeter Supervising experience managing facilities maintenance teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of maintenance repair procedures related to industrial equipment and mechanical systems Ability to interpret schematics for electrical or mechanical troubleshooting; familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is advantageous Excellent team management skills combined with effective communication in English; leadership qualities that motivate staff toward operational excellence Join us in creating a safe, efficient environment where teamwork drives success!
