PM What You'll Do:
Perform quality assurance checks on fuel/delivery systems Fuel and de-ice aircraft as needed Greet, park, tow, move, and marshal arriving and departing aircraft Assist crew and passengers with baggage, cargo, and shuttle services Perform wing-walking duties as required Provide lavatory and water services and supply oil for aircraft Maintain cleanliness of ramps, facilities, and company vehicles Handing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction Provide shuttle for passengers/crews Assist with lawn care, snow removal, and cargo operations Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager At times be willing to do things outside of your job descriptions to assist other company departments when called upon
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work both independently and in a team setting Flexible availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly Frequent standing, bending, lifting, pulling and pushing Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures Ability to work with heights Ability to work with toxic chemicals, fumes and loud noises (with proper protection)
