De Cordova Bend Estates & Country Club has an immediate opening for a Beverage Cart Attendant. Base Pay plus Tips We are looking for out-going individuals with a passion and dedication for customer service, someone who has an extensive knowledge of drinks, beer, wine, problem resolution, and communication skills. As a golf course beverage cart attendant, you will be selling and serving drinks and snacks to golfers on the course from our beverage cart. Some of the main responsibilities of a golf course beverage cart attendant: Serve food and drinks. Attendants will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as water, sodas, as well as pre-packaged snacks. Operate the cart. Attendants ensure the cart is operational, charged, and stocked with food and drinks. They also drive the cart safely and responsibly, following rules and regulations for golf course ettiquite. Handle Charges via Member Accounts. Attendants handle transactions accurately, following proper Member Charge & cash handling procedures and maintaining a cash pouch for change. You will also log all transactions after your shift in our POS system. Provide customer service. Attendants greet golfers in a friendly and professional manner, and respond to questions about the course or facility. They may also service golfers in outings and private events. Maintain knowledge. Attendants stay up-to-date on state liquor laws, golf course etiquette, and standard operating procedures. They should also be aware of occupational hazards and safety precautions, and follow safety practices when handling and serving beverages and snacks. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this job.
