Looking to pick up additional work or help during Peak, vacations, or staffing shortages? We are hiring Contingency Delivery Drivers to support multiple FedEx Ground contractors across several terminals. This opportunity is designed for current FedEx Ground drivers with an active FedEx badge who can step in and deliver when additional coverage is needed. What We Offer Pay varies by location Weekly pay Flexible assignments based on operational needs Opportunities to work with multiple well-established FedEx Ground contractors Professional, organized operations Potential for recurring contingency work What You'll Do Deliver packages on established residential and business routes Safely operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks Follow all FedEx Ground safety and service standards Provide excellent customer service Complete routes efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Requirements Current FedEx Ground driver with an active FedEx badge (required) Must be willing to travel Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Dependable, professional, and able to quickly adapt to different routes and operations Who We're Looking For Please note: This position is only available to current FedEx Ground drivers with an active FedEx badge. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. We're looking for experienced FedEx Ground drivers who can jump in with minimal training, represent our contractors professionally, and help keep operations running smoothly.
