Best Ever Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for dependable people who take pride in doing great work. No professional cleaning experience required. We care much more about finding someone hardworking, coachable, and ready to learn our system.

What to expect:

Starting at $18/hour with opportunity to earn $20+/hour Part-time, a few days per week to start with room to grow Most work takes place Monday-Friday between 9 AM-5 PM Paid training and flexible scheduling Most weekends off All cleaning supplies and equipment provided Some residential clients tip Work independently and with a small team in homes, offices, and other properties This is active, physical work with a lot of variety. You'll be on your feet, bending, reaching, vacuuming, mopping, carrying equipment, and traveling between client locations. You'll be a great fit if you take being on time seriously, communicate when something goes wrong, like staying busy, can take feedback without taking it personally, and care about doing excellent work.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle Ability to pass a background check Comfort with physical work We're a locally owned company that values good work, clear expectations, and people we can count on.
