Mover/Driver

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Mover/Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading furniture, equipment, and other items for our clients. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Load and unload items efficiently using equipment such as liftgates and dollies, when necessary. Assist customers with moving belongings, providing courteous and professional service throughout the process. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries across designated areas. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain optimal safety standards. Communicate clearly with team members regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or special instructions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage for reporting purposes. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred. Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physical strength and stamina are essential. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients. Knowledge of route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
