This position plays an important role in helping customers recover their personal belongings after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. The Contents Manager will coordinate contents projects from initial inventory and pack-out through cleaning, storage, and final pack-back, while ensuring accurate documentation and excellent communication with our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage contents inventory, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs Accurately photograph, document, label, and track customer belongings Coordinate contents crews and daily project activities Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their belongings and project Identify salvageable and non-salvageable contents and maintain proper documentation Ensure contents are packed, handled, transported, and stored safely Maintain accurate job documentation and photos Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain SERVPRO standards for professionalism, safety, quality, and customer service What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Detail-oriented with strong inventory and documentation skills Comfortable communicating with customers during stressful situations Leadership experience and the ability to direct a team Restoration, contents, moving, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred Valid driver's license and ability to pass applicable employment requirements Join Our Team At SERVPRO, we help make property damage "Like it never even happened."
