As a Junk Removal Specialist (Helper) , you'll work alongside a crew lead/driver to remove unwanted items from homes and businesses. You'll be the hands-on force behind the work — lifting, loading, and cleaning up, while delivering a great customer experience. What You'll Do Remove furniture, appliances, yard debris, and general junk from homes and businesses Lift, carry, and load items safely and efficiently Organize and secure the truck so items are transported safely Protect customer property (walls, floors, doors, landscaping, etc.) Maintain a clean jobsite and perform a final cleanup/sweep Use hauling equipment properly (dollies, straps, moving blankets, etc.) Work as part of a two-person team and follow crew lead direction Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job Follow company safety policies and procedures Participate in training and development through

® Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in labor, moving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required) Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for this position Ability to follow safety procedures and take direction from a crew lead Requirements Must be able to lift 100 lbs or more when required Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday Must be able to work outdoors in heat/humidity (Florida weather) Must be able to climb stairs and work in garages, attics, and tight spaces Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening Skills & Traits We Value Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and team mindset Coachable and willing to learn Professional and respectful with customers Safety-minded and careful with customer property Growth Opportunity This role is a great entry point into a long-term position.
