Job Description
Job Overview Join our growing delivery team as an Appliance Delivery Helper ! You will work alongside our drivers to safely deliver and install household appliances throughout Orlando and surrounding areas. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and providing great customer service. No previous appliance experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn. Experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, construction, handyman work, or customer service is a plus. Responsibilities Assist the driver with appliance deliveries to residential customers Load and unload large appliances safely using proper lifting techniques Help move appliances into customers' homes and position them properly Assist with basic appliance installation tasks under the direction of the driver Use basic hand tools when needed Protect customers' homes by using proper care during deliveries Provide friendly and professional customer service Keep the truck and work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures while handling heavy equipment Qualifications Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable lifting and moving heavy appliances Able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn appliance delivery and installation skills Experience with moving, furniture delivery, warehouse work, construction, or handyman work is a plus Comfortable using basic hand tools preferred but not required Professional attitude when interacting with customers Must arrive on time and be ready to work Must pass a background check Must pass a drug test Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse in Orlando, FL 32839 English, Spanish, and Creole speakers are welcome to apply. Schedule & Pay Report to warehouse daily by 6:30 AM Full-time position Guaranteed 5-day work week 6th day opportunities available based on workload, performance, and customer satisfaction. Weekly pay Daily pay rate based on experience: $115-$140/day Once all assigned stops are completed, your workday is finished
