Aircraft Detailer Clean Configuration, LLC About Us Clean Configuration is an aviation detailing company that serves private and corporate aircraft owners in the Charlotte area. Our crews work on site at client hangars and FBOs, and our clients count on us to keep their aircraft looking their best. We are a small, hands-on team that takes pride in quality work. The Job We are looking for a dependable Aircraft Detailer to clean, polish, and protect the inside and outside of private and corporate aircraft. This is hands-on work that requires care, patience, and a sharp eye for detail. You will work alongside our crew at client locations and help deliver the high standard our clients expect. What You Will Do Wash aircraft exteriors using wet, dry, and waterless methods, depending on the needs Polish and protect paint, metal trim, and leading edges using approved products and equipment Clean and detail cabins, including leather seats, carpet, headliners, cabinets, lavatories, galleys, and windows Drive a company van and trailer to client locations and load, secure, and unload a scissor lift safely Follow all hangar and ramp safety rules, including when working on ladders and around ground equipment Load, transport, and maintain equipment and supplies so everything is clean, stocked, and ready for the next job Leave every work area clean and organized Report any aircraft damage or concerns to your supervisor right away Be professional and courteous with flight crews, mechanics, and client staff What We Are Looking For Detailing experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Comfortable using polishers, vacuums, extractors, and other detailing tools, or willing to learn Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and work on ladders and scissor lifts at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations Comfortable driving a company van with a trailer to haul a scissor lift, or willing to be trained Able to pass a drug test (including marijuana), background check, and airport badging Reliable and on time, with a flexible schedule which may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends Works well on your own and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us Hands-on training Referral program Flexible schedule Competitive pay

Pay:
