Duties Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with automatic transmission to load, transport, and unload campus furniture, equipment, and supplies. Load and unload items using dollies and manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols. Execute route driving with precision, following designated schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups across campus locations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with moving tasks, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction during deliveries. Assist with warehouse organization by stacking pallets, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure optimal safety and functionality. Collaborate with team members to coordinate moving schedules and adapt to changing priorities efficiently. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods; physically fit for moving furniture or equipment. Familiarity with warehouse tools such as dollies, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment; certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members. Prior experience in warehouse operations or moving services is highly desirable.
