As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to accept jobs that fit your schedule while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services. Complete deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, and office cleaning. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance. Follow client instructions and company quality standards. Upload before-and-after photos through the Polish & Pristine app. Communicate professionally with clients and support staff. Maintain your own cleaning supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Smartphone with internet access. Ability to pass a background check. General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) required before accepting jobs. Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks. Pay $25.00-$35.00 per hour Flexible schedule. Choose the jobs you want.
