Professional Lead Mover

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as a Professional Lead Mover . This role involves safely loading, transporting, and unloading furniture and household goods while delivering excellent customer service. Movers must be physically fit, have great leadership skills to lead a team, enjoy hands-on work, and be team players. Responsibilities Organizing moves from start to finish Leading a moving crew to perform at its highest efficiency while maintaining a high morale Working with the customer directly to accommodate their needs, communicate thoroughly, handle payments/invoicing, and solve problems that may occur Communicate directly with the back office Drive a 26 foot commercial box truck Understand DOT regulations Keep track of equipment and inventory Requirements Physical strength and stamina - must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly. Moving experience required Age 21+ Commercial driving experience (Large Vehicles > 10,000lbs) Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment . Positive attitude and strong work ethic . Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
