We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and experienced CFII rated Flight Instructor to join our vibrant team. As a CFII Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing flight training and instruction to students pursuing their private pilot's license and instrument ratings. This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion for aviation and help aspiring pilots achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct flight training sessions with students, both in the air and on the ground.
  • Teach students the necessary skills and knowledge to safely operate an aircraft in both
VFR & IFR
flight rules.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of student training and flight hours
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in aviation regulations
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) & CFII rating. Ideally experience flying in SoCal's airspace is preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively educate and instruct students.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan lessons and manage student schedules.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness during flight operations.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in Piper or Cessna aircraft. Cirrus aircraft are a plus. Nice to have, but not required:
  • Social media marketing experience/own social media page for aviation.
