Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups Plan and follow optimized routes to ensure timely deliveries while managing multiple stops throughout the day Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during shifts Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route driving and navigation tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and licensing requirements for commercial driving Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules or routes while maintaining a positive attitude

SUMMARY:

The Bus Driver Specialist operates wheelchair lift-equipped buses, vans and provides pre-scheduled door-to-door Transportation of elderly persons and people with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting passengers, collecting fares, completing vehicle defect cards, completing accident reports and having full knowledge of the Transit system, passenger relations, procedures and regulations.
