We run belly dumps, tandem dump trucks, end dumps, and volumetric concrete mixer trucks — and we pay at the top of the market: starting at $250 per day , with room to grow based on experience and truck type. Home every night. Local work. Steady hours, six days a week. Open Positions 1. Belly Dump / End Dump / Tandem Dump Truck Drivers Haul aggregate, select fill, sand, gravel, and bull rock to active job sites across the Valley Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DOT compliance) Position and unload safely on job sites — spotting, dumping on grade, working with loader and dozer operators Back and maneuver on rough terrain, laydown yards, and tight construction sites Tarp loads and follow all weight/securement regulations Keep accurate delivery tickets and logs Grease, check fluids, and report/perform small repairs to keep your truck rolling 2. Volumetric Concrete Mixer Operators Operate volumetric concrete mixer truck (mix on site, control slump and yardage) Valid CDL & medical card required Front end loader, backhoe, skid steer experience a plus — but we will train Mechanically inclined (greasing, small repairs) Power tools experience — cleaning off concrete buildup using small air hammer Able to work in outside conditions: dust, hot weather, etc. Flexible hours per day Requirements (All Positions) Valid Class A or B CDL Current DOT medical card Clean driving record (MVR) Able to work outdoors in South Texas conditions — heat, dust, weather Mechanically inclined — daily greasing, fluid checks, minor repairs Dependable, on time, and safety-minded Flexible with daily hours (early starts, occasional long days) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required What We Offer Starting at $250 per day — highest pay available in the market Pay increases based on experience and truck type Local routes — home every night Steady, year-round work on major projects (not seasonal) Well-maintained equipment Will train motivated drivers on new truck types (volumetric, loader, skid steer) Growth opportunity with a fast-growing local company
