Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking to add skilled varnish technicians to our paint department. The ideal candidate will have experience varnishing in the marine industry.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience applying varnish Knowledge of marine paint and varnish products Careful attention to detail Experience in a boat yard/marina is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

Mark, tape off and prep boats for painting/varnish Wash, buff and wax boats and dinghys Prep, varnish/oil boat interiors and exteriors Full-Time Benefits including but not limited to: Competitive pay based on experience and demonstrated skill. 401k and profit sharing program (profit sharing was approx. 6% of annual salary in 2021). The focus of our operation is to provide maintenance, repair and renovation to customers who want to enjoy trouble free boating.
