Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking experienced delivery drivers to join our FedEx Ground contracted team. This position is ideal for candidates who have previously worked in a fast-paced package delivery environment and are accustomed to completing 90-120 deliveries per day while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Previous package delivery experience is required. Candidates with experience at FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon DSP, DHL, or similar last-mile delivery companies are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle. Complete 90-120 deliveries per day efficiently and accurately. Load, organize, and scan packages for delivery. Follow established routes while adapting to daily changes. Provide excellent customer service at every stop. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Adhere to all SCS & FedEx safety standards, company policies, and DOT regulations. Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (with appropriate equipment or assistance when necessary). Frequently lift packages weighing 50 lbs. or more . Repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day. Walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, climb stairs, and work on uneven terrain. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Employment Requirements Successfully pass a criminal background check . Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening . Pass a DOT physical (if required). Reliable transportation to and from the terminal. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons or when business needs require . Why Join Our Team?
