In this role, you'll be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring prompt, safe, and professional delivery of products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Your enthusiasm for driving and manual handling will help us uphold the highest standards of customer service and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your driving skills with inventory management in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contribution every step of the way. Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle delivering cannabis products to customers' locations, adhering strictly to traffic laws and AZDHS regulations. Load, unload, and secure inventory using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment. Conduct thorough inventory audits of in house product when not delivering product to customers. Designated checkpoints to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, inventory movements, and route logs using mobile devices, digital systems, and cameras. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during delivery, addressing questions or concerns courteously. Follow safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items, ensuring personal safety and preventing workplace injuries. Assist in house operations when needed, including moving stock within storage areas and organizing inventory for efficient access. Experience Prior Cannabis experience or familiarity with Cannabis operations is highly desirable. Proven delivery driver experience with a clean driving record in company vehicle. Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities on mobile devices or digital platforms. Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks including moving, lifting heavy items safely, and working in various warehouse environments.
