Duties Safely operate various vehicles including commercial trucks and automobiles in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation & Department of Cannbabis Regulations ) regulations and safety standards Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring on-time arrivals and pickups Load, unload, and secure merchandise with proper lifting techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns Upsell additional products or services during delivery interactions to maximize sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure safety and reliability Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory for all roles Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or automobile transportation Strong knowledge of safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques Basic math skills for pricing calculations, route planning, and inventory management Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Previous retail store experience or merchandising background is a plus for understanding product placement and presentation Ability to adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and organizational procedures Physical stamina for prolonged driving periods and heavy lifting tasks; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly Join us as a Delivery Driver where your energy fuels our success!
