Job Summary We're on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face delivering products to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling physical tasks like heavy lifting. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to customers across designated routes. Follow planned routes efficiently, adjusting as needed for traffic or other delays. Ensure accurate order fulfillment by verifying items before delivery and handling any discrepancies professionally. Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, answering questions and addressing concerns. Assist with merchandising by organizing products in the vehicle for optimal delivery efficiency. Handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of packages with proper safety techniques. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of delivery vehicle to ensure safety and reliability. Qualifications Valid driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification preferred; a clean driving record is essential. Experience in commercial driving or route driving is highly desirable. Strong math skills for calculating pricing, distances, and delivery times. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize routes effectively. Prior military experience involving disciplined driving or logistics is a plus but not required.
