We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to deliver Fresh Flower Bouquets and Plants to our customers. Our Drivers represent our company in a professional, caring and friendly manner that will leave our customers smiling. You would be joining a third generation family business with wonderful staff that enjoys their jobs and the people they work with. This part time position is shared with 2 other drivers that you work with to set your schedule. We provide the vehicle. This position will also perform routine facility upkeep and minor repairs in our flower shop and greenhouses. Responsibilities Deliver Fresh Flower Arrangements and Plants to different addresses within the local metro area between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Create routes and enter delivery times with our computer delivery system. Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Maintain vehicle cleanliness Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Perform routine facility maintenance and minor repairs Skills Valid driver's license Computer skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school degree Mobility and lifting Problem solving skills Good communication skills Pleasant and good natured demeanor
