This is flexible, recurring work that fits around a schedule you already have — plenty of our drivers do this alongside rideshare or other delivery gigs. We're filling multiple positions: Local routes — Northern Illinois Suburbs and Southern Wisconsin Extended routes — Chicago and the Crystal Lake area How it works You pick up a set of packages from the pharmacy, then have 24 hours to deliver them to patients Most drivers pick up around 4:30 PM and deliver that same evening, or pick up later in the evening and deliver the following morning — whatever fits your day Some same-day deliveries are needed as well We work around your availability. Tell us the days and time windows that work for you and we'll build around them Routes tend to repeat, so you'll get familiar with the same neighborhoods and many of the same patients What we're looking for Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Clean driving record Working smartphone — you'll use our delivery app to capture photos and collect signatures confirming each delivery Strong attention to detail. These are medications going to specific people; accuracy matters more than speed Comfortable and courteous with patients at the door. You'll see many of the same faces regularly, and you're representing the pharmacy Discretion and respect for patient privacy Must pass a background check Previous delivery experience preferred (rideshare, courier, food delivery, or similar) Pay & expenses Per-delivery pay ($6) plus a recurring fuel stipend ($35 for local) Extended and long-distance routes receive an additional fuel premium Deliveries on a given route are generally clustered in the same area, which keeps drive time and mileage down Paid as a 1099 independent contractor Why drivers like this route It's predictable, repeatable work with a set pickup point and a flexible delivery window — not an algorithm pinging you at random.
