Job Description

NorthStar Parcel LLC is a locally operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) building a new deliveryteam in Escanaba, Michigan. We're looking for dependable, safety-focused, hardworking people who enjoy being active, workingindependently, and being part of a team. No previous delivery experience is required. We provide paid training, a company delivery vehicle, andthe equipment and technology needed to do the job. Delivery Drivers are employees of NorthStar Parcel LLC, an independent company that delivers packages on behalfof Amazon. What You'll Do As a Delivery Driver, you'll:

Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicleLoad, organize, and deliver packages along an assigned routeDeliver to homes, apartments, businesses, and rural locationsUse company-provided GPS and delivery technologyFrequently enter and exit the vehicle throughout your shiftComplete vehicle safety inspections and report concernsCommunicate with dispatch about route progress, weather, road conditions, and safety concernsProvide professional and courteous service to customersWork independently while supporting teammates when neededRoutes begin and end at our delivery station in Escanaba, MI.
