Job Description
Are you an experienced delivery driver who thrives on the open road and takes pride in exceptional service? DBF Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking reliable, safety-focused Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers to join our growing team operating out of the Raleigh and New Hill, NC terminals. If you have at least 2 years of Delivery Driver (Pick-up & Delivery) experience , appreciate route independence, and want competitive per-stop earnings with a dedicated team, we want to hear from you! You will be delivering HEAVY packages!

OUvzSU Key Responsibilities Route Execution:
Efficiently navigate and deliver 100-150+ packages daily using a modern route navigation system.
Package Management:
Organize and load packages onto your vehicle prior to dispatch (up to 1 hour terminal prep).
Route Completion:
Pick up and deliver all assigned packages on your route, maintaining a fast-paced and safe work style until the day's route is fully completed.
Professional Representation:
Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while wearing the official FedEx uniform.
Safety First:
Adhere strictly to safe driving practices to maintain an accident-free record. Qualifications & Requirements To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of P&D driving experience within the last 3 years (Required).
Age Requirement:
Must be 21 years of age or older .
Driver's License:
Valid Driver's License required ( CDL is NOT required ).
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift, maneuver, and move packages up to 150 lbs comfortably.
Background & Health Screening:
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug & alcohol screening.
Schedule Flexibility:
Must be available to work a 5-day schedule including weekends (either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday ). Compensation & Benefits At DBF Solutions, Inc., we value our team's dedication and offer continuous opportunities for steady earnings:
