In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering auto parts efficiently and safely to our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help keep our operations running smoothly while providing a positive experience for every customer you serve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with customer interaction, all while maintaining a focus on safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load, unload, and organize auto parts using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Deliver parts promptly to commercial clients, repair shops, and retail locations, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate routes and resolve any delivery issues promptly Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling of heavy or bulky items to prevent injury Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including inventory management and stock replenishment Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks or carts Prior delivery driver experience, especially with van or courier services, is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation and communication purposes Join us in delivering excellence—where your driving expertise meets outstanding customer service!
