is looking for a motivated, reliable, and organized person to join our team. This position includes selling used auto parts and dispatching our drivers . No previous experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate . The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with customers, answering phone calls, using a computer, and managing multiple tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls and inquiries Help customers find the auto parts they need Check inventory and provide pricing Enter orders and customer information into the computer Follow up with customers Dispatch and communicate with company drivers Schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries Coordinate daily driver assignments Keep track of completed pickups and deliveries Communicate with customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules Assist with other daily office and sales tasks as needed Requirements No experience required — training will be provided Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Organized and able to multitask Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with customers and drivers Reliable and responsible Willing to learn about vehicles and used auto parts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
