Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles including commercial trucks and automobiles, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices. Deliver products efficiently along designated routes while maintaining excellent customer service and communication with clients. Manage merchandise loading, unloading, and merchandising at retail stores or client locations, ensuring proper presentation and stock organization. Utilize basic math skills for pricing adjustments, inventory counts, and accurate documentation of deliveries. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication, professionalism, and attentive service. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, route logs, incident reports, and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving or retail store delivery roles is preferred; familiarity with route driving is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Basic math proficiency for handling pricing, inventory management, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices for commercial truck driving or automobile transportation. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery documentation efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or automotive transportation highly desirable.
