Job Description
Malone Ford is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Specialist to join our service team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by safely transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership for scheduled maintenance and repairs. You will serve as a key representative of our dealership, ensuring every customer enjoys a convenient, professional, and hassle-free service experience. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on schedule. Provide courteous, professional customer service during every interaction. Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition before and after transport. Maintain clear communication with customers and the service department regarding delivery times and updates. Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and organization on dealership property. Keep vehicles clean and presentable before returning them to customers. Follow all dealership safety policies and traffic laws. Support the service team with additional tasks as needed. Handle and maintain rental fleet, fill out rental forms, check in rentals Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Previous dealership, transportation, valet, or customer service experience is a plus. Familiarity with the local area and efficient route planning.
