Duties Safely operate the food truck to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Prepare and package baked goods on-site, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Manage customer orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions accurately Engage with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner, upselling products to enhance sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck workspace, including food handling and equipment operation Restock supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Follow food safety protocols diligently to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude and clear communication skills Must be able to drive a 25 ft Freightliner truck Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Embark on an exciting journey where your driving expertise meets your passion for great food!
