About the Role Our Delivery Drivers are a key part of the NAPA team — the people who keep parts in the hands of our customers. No prior automotive experience is needed. We provide training and everything you need to succeed. What You'll Be Doing Deliver auto parts accurately and on time to our commercial customers Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed Handle returns, and tracking systems with organization and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass regular safety checks Operate the vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record at all times Back up in-store positions (stocking, cleaning etc.) when not on deliveries What You'll Need Valid driver's license and a good, clean driving record Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Hard-working attitude with a desire to learn and grow Strong attention to detail. Review invoice and parts pulled for accuracy. Frequently check delivery vehicle for tire pressure/tire health. Keep delivery rig clean, inside and out
