$25.10 /Hour Valid Driver's License:
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that meets the Australian Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license that complies with the regulations of the job state (C124).EMT Certification:
Candidates applying for positions that require emergency medical response must have a current EMT certification (C127).Technical Proficiency:
Candidates must demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using a computer or tablet (B204) to perform job-related tasks effectively.Customer Service Experience:
Candidates should have prior customer service experience (B219) to ensure they can meet the needs of our clients and contribute positively to the team.Job Schedule:

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports. Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and reporting maintenance, access-control, and security-related concerns.Minimum Requirements:
EMT certification is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
