POSITION SUMMARY
Utilizes a delivery vehicle to deliver parts and products to all customers. Maintains a neat, pleasant and professional appearance to all business contacts. Ensures all paperwork associated with the task assigned is completed in its entirety and is placed in the proper location for further processing or filing.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers Parts and Accessories to Retail, Fleet, Wholesale and Internal Customers
  • Verifies parts noted on the invoices to be delivered match the parts taken for delivery
  • Reviews with the customer the parts delivered match the part numbers invoiced
  • Ensures ALL invoices are signed by the customer
  • Picks up Stock orders and other locally sourced products as needed
  • Represents the company in a neat, polite and professional manner
  • Assists other areas within the dealership when all deliveries are completed
  • Performs routine maintenance on bin locations and re-bins SKU's as needed.
  • Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES / ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Reports to the Assigned Department Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent a must
  • Basic inventory knowledge to include receiving practices
  • Experience in a retail operation dealing with customers
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment and fosters healthy working relationships
  • Ability to take directions in a fast-paced work environment
  • Stays focused on and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Customer friendly appearance and mannerism, Represent the company in a professional manner
