Driver Pay & Benefits Local Drivers:

$190-$210/day Weekly pay Paid training Opportunities for overtime & bonuses Flexible 4-6 day work schedules Medical insurance and 401(k) after 90 days Referral program Company vehicle and uniforms provided Advancement opportunities (Lead Driver, Trainer, Management, etc.) Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages for FedEx Ground Load/unload packages up to 75 lbs (or 150 lbs with a dolly) Deliver to homes and businesses in all weather conditions Follow traffic laws and delivery schedules Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude Communicate with dispatch about delays or vehicle issues Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage or mechanical issues Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean record Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (cost covered) Able to lift and carry heavy packages Reliable and able to work weekends as needed No experience?
