Position Overview We're looking for dependable, safety-focused Box Truck Drivers to operate 26-foot box trucks delivering palletized freight to USPS and Amazon warehouses . This is an active driving position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and proficiency in working independently — during the night and early morning hours. What You'll Do Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for local and regional routes Pick up and deliver palletized freight to USPS and Amazon facilities Use a manual pallet jack to load, unload, and move freight (50-125 lbs) Follow designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Maintain accurate delivery and driving logs Follow delivery schedules and maintain accurate documentation using mobile apps and GPS Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams Requirements Valid Texas driver's license physical non temporary over 21 driver's license required Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to fully pass a DOT physical examination (1 year minimum on physical) Safe driving record and strong commitment to safety Full weekend availability required - both Saturday and Sunday Must be fluent in English reading, writing and speaking Box truck driving experience strongly preferred (delivery van or commercial driving experience also considered) Shifts start as early as 10pm and as late as 4am and are approximately 8-10 hours Able to lift, push, and pull 50-125 lbs Competent using a smartphone, GPS, and delivery apps Reliable, independent, and professional attitude Pay & Benefits $22.25 per hour starting pay Weekly bonus opportunities Health insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Consistent hours & great work-life balance Supportive, positive team environment Join the Rover Logistics Team!
