They are to adhear to all safety standards and follow all proper procedures. Drivers are expected to maintain vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, PPE, and facilities. Employees at Hydro Plus are expected to be a team player and assist each other where needed. Customer satisfaction is the utmost priority.

Daily Responsibilities:

Complete skid steer inspection, daily at the start of work, and end of each workday. Vehicle and Trailer inspections are to be completed before and after every run. Proper paperwork for each run should be prepared, inspected, and checked for proper delivery, including BOL and SDS. Ensuring the truck or trailer are placarded correctly to the product that is being transported pursuant with DOT regulations Load totes or IBC with the proper product for assigned delivery. Supply and stock trucks with necessary tools, PPE, and equipment. Ensure all loads are secure for travel. Deliveries are to be made safely and efficiently while leaving customers' facilities as clean and as they were found. Maintaining a high level of professionalism while dealing with customers, both in person and through various means of correspondence while scheduling and updating customers. Before leaving for the day, unload truck and/or trailer, and prepare vehicles for the next days deliveries. Inform supervisor of any expected maintenance or findings during inspections. Drivers are responsible for securing the shop when leaving it unmanned. Ensure all equipment, tools and any items used throughout the loading or unloading process have been properly secured before leaving the shop/yard/building. Turning in of all completed paperwork daily. Maintaining a timecard responsibly. Requirements CDL required. Proven track record of safe and reliable driving. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintian log entries, and appropriate paperwork. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Maintain the yard and the facilities for cleanliness and operation. Complete weekly end-of-week check list. Occasional preparation of the facilities for weather. Cleaning, performing, and scheduling maintenance for vehicles or equipment. Receiving deliveries and turning in packing slips or paperwork for deliveries as received. Monitor and report any safety issues Monitor and report any inventory needs. Familiarity with DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, and automobile transportation standards. All routes are out and back in the same day.
