Why You'll Love Working for Intentional Delivery LLC Starting at $21.50 per hour Paid WEEKLY so you have access to your money sooner 8-10 hour shifts are typical 3-4 day workweek (30-40 hours) is typical 1 Scheduled Weekend Day consisting of either Saturday or Sunday required Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and a 30-minute meal break Opportunity for performance-based raises and bonuses Next Mile (Tuition Reimbursement) Program Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment What You'll Do Each Day First and foremost

• participate in and contribute to our intentional culture Load packages into the van at start of shift (they can be up to 50 lbs) Get in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the shift Drive safely and perform safety inspections on company vehicles Deliver packages safely, accurately, professionally, and on time Follow all state and local laws, driving regulations, and company practices Provide excellent customer service regardless of circumstances; you will encounter stressful situations Drive and deliver in all weather conditions; your safety is our top priority Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed on time Use smart phone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors and other team members Support with rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Have fun•you are delivering smiles and joy to your community•you are impacting lives!
