Pay:

$3900 - $4550 (Depending on experience) per month for Full-Time drivers (5 days per week)

Bonus:

Load your own truck, including 5-10 large to extra-large packages per day, weighing up to 120 lbs. Complete 120-160 stops per day, delivering packages to homes and businesses in all weather conditions. Service routes within two local ZIP codes surrounding Redmond, WA. You'll stay within your assigned service area and never travel outside those ZIP codes. Routes are highly localized, with less than 70 total miles driven per day, including all deliveries. Start your day at 8:30am from the FedEx Ground terminal in Redmond, WA. Daily finish times vary based on package volume, dispatch time, weather, traffic, and driver experience. This is a delivery business, so there is no guaranteed end time . Applicants should be comfortable with a schedule that can vary from day to day. _______________________________________________________________________________________________

Be reliable, show up on time, and bring a positive attitude every day. Have dependable transportation and a reasonable commute (under 45 mins) to Redmond, WA. Be comfortable driving a company-provided P700 or P1000 Step Van (similar to a large U-Haul vehicle). Ability to independently lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Ability to safely move large and oversized packages using a hand truck (dolly). Strong ability to follow GPS navigation and efficiently manage a delivery route. Available to work Saturday and/or Sunday as part of your regular weekly schedule. Be physically fit and able to repeatedly get in and out of the delivery vehicle 120-160 times per day while delivering packages to homes and businesses. Comfortable using a handheld scanner and other delivery technology.

The Usual Requirements:

Valid driver's license- CDL NOT required Clean driving record (3 year minimum) Pass the DOT physical Excellent customer service Legal right to work in the U.S. Must be 21 years old Must pass a State / Local / Federal Criminal background check Must pass a federal DOT drug screen (THC Marijuana included) Some days may be shorter, while others may be longer depending on operational needs. Two factors that we cannot control are the daily dispatch time (when your truck is loaded and ready to leave the terminal) and the time your route is completed. End-of-day times vary based on package volume, dispatch timing, weather conditions, traffic, and driver experience. We operate 7 days per week, providing opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules. We deeply value flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude as we work together to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Skills Previous delivery driving experience is strongly preferred. Experience in any role that required following assigned routes, using GPS navigation, and managing deliveries efficiently is a plus. Experience operating P700 or P1000 Step Vans or similar commercial delivery vehicles. Strong commitment to safety, including compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and businesses.
