  • Role Purpose To Generate the consolidation of hotel orders to ensure complete, accurate, and on-time delivery of supplies to cruise vessels. This role coordinates the processing of pro-forma orders for newly built ships received from the cruise lines in Apollo Solutions, making sure all steps are completed in a timely manner. Process all commercial invoices from the suppliers accordingly.
  • Key Performance Outcomes
  • 100% consolidated orders aligned to vessel sailing schedules.
  • Clear communication between Barcelona Europe Supply and the cruise lines. Ships.
  • Core Responsibilities Order Consolidation Oversight
  • Oversee consolidation of New built purchase orders by vessel.
  • Ensure all commercial invoices are matched to vessel manifests.
  • Confirm alignment between Pro-forma orders and Purchase orders. Daily Operational Duties Daily Tasks
  • Review the emails received from the cruise lines to process the Pro-forma orders.
  • Confirm the completeness of Pro-forma orders staged.
  • Resolve discrepancies before issuing POs.
  • Process all commercial invoice orders received from the suppliers.
  • Support the Processing of BCN Invoices to the Various Cruise Lines Weekly Responsibilities
  • Review performance metrics for consolidation accuracy.

  • Update consolidation procedures as needed.
