BOAT CAPTAIN

⚓ Diamond Head Cruises & Adventures is looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and personable captain to join our team in Honolulu! We operate small-group ocean adventures with up to six guests, including Turtle Canyon snorkeling, private charters, sunset cruises, coastal sightseeing, dolphin encounters, and seasonal whale-watching tours.

Qualifications:

Current USCG captain's license appropriate for the vessel and passenger capacity Current CPR and First Aid certification Enrolled in a USCG-compliant drug-testing program Strong boat-handling, navigation, and ocean-safety skills Experience operating around Waikīkī and Oʻahu's south shore preferred Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests Knowledge of local marine life and snorkeling operations is a plus Must help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vessel Responsibilities include safely operating the vessel, monitoring weather and ocean conditions, conducting passenger safety briefings, assisting guests, coordinating with crew, and creating a fun and memorable experience.
