Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. DO NOT apply if you do not have prior experience as a tow truck driver! That is test #1 !!!!!Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to assist with roadside breakdowns, accidents, or vehicle relocations
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
Experience:
- Commercial driving experience is required
- Knowledge of tow truck operations and mechanical skills are advantageous
- Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
