Job Description
Communicating with trucking companies, shipping lines, customers and other M&S offices. Coordinating and scheduling pick-up of bulk liquid products with trucking companies. Booking tank containers with steamship lines. Issuing instructions for airport shipments. Invoicing customers. Establishing good relationships with customers and vendors. Updating and maintaining shipment information in our inhouse system. Supporting the Company's core values and behaviors. Confirming all costs and vendor charges are kept to the lowest possible to keep a constant eye on company bottom line. All other tasks requested by
