Contractors will complete field-service assignments involving electric scooters and e-bikes, including battery swaps, vehicle relocations, collection, staging, and transportation. Required Business Qualifications To be eligible for this opportunity, contractors must: Operate through a legally established business entity (such as an LLC, corporation, or other legally recognized business) Be able to provide valid business registration information upon request Maintain their own business operations independently Have appropriate business insurance for the services being performed Have reliable transportation suitable for assigned work Have a valid driver's license when driving is required Provide their own equipment, smartphone, and necessary supplies Be responsible for their own taxes, operating expenses, and business administration Have the ability to accept and complete commercial service assignments independently This opportunity is not available to individuals seeking a traditional W-2 or personal 1099 position. We contract with legally established businesses that provide field-service operations. What You'll Do Depending on the assignment, contractors may: Perform battery swaps on electric scooters and e-bikes Relocate scooters and e-bikes to designated hubs or service areas Collect and stage vehicles Load and unload micromobility vehicles Transport vehicles between designated locations Perform basic field checks Report damaged or improperly parked vehicles Complete assignments through Trinhnity's dispatch system Upload completion photos and job information Communicate completion status and field issues How the Work Operates Trinhnity Logistics makes available commercial field-service assignments to contracted businesses. Contractors independently determine which assignments they are able to accept based on their own business capacity, availability, equipment, staffing, and resources. Once an assignment is accepted, the contractor is responsible for completing the agreed scope of work. Contractors are responsible for determining how they perform the work, including their own scheduling, staffing, equipment, transportation, and operating methods. Compensation Compensation is per completed assignment/task and varies based on the type, location, and scope of work.

Battery swaps Vehicle relocations Collection and staging Hub-to-hub transportation Loading and unloading Route-based field-service assignments Higher-volume contractors may have opportunities to accept multiple assignments. Contractor Responsibilities The contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining: Transportation Fuel Smartphone Tools and equipment Business insurance Any employees or additional personnel used to complete assignments Required business licenses and registrations Taxes and other business expenses Ideal Contractor We are particularly interested in: Existing field-service companies Local logistics businesses Delivery and transportation companies Small fleet operators Micromobility service providers Established LLCs looking for additional commercial work Businesses with multiple field-service personnel Entrepreneurs operating an established field-service company Contractor Relationship This is a business-to-business independent contractor opportunity . Contractors operate as independent businesses and are responsible for their own business operations, personnel, equipment, transportation, insurance, taxes, and expenses.
