Full-Time Job Summary Fast Lawnscapes is looking for an experienced, dependable Landscaping Crew Leader to lead a field crew servicing commercial properties, apartment communities, HOAs, and other professionally maintained landscapes throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is a hands-on leadership position . You won't just supervise from the truck—you'll work alongside your crew while making sure every property is completed safely, efficiently, and to Fast Lawnscapes' quality standards. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead people, understands professional landscape maintenance, and can be trusted to take ownership of their route and crew. Responsibilities Lead, train, motivate, and supervise a landscaping crew in the field Ensure assigned properties are completed correctly and on schedule Perform and oversee mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, hedge and shrub trimming, and general landscape maintenance Inspect completed work before leaving each property Identify landscape, irrigation, trimming, or property issues and communicate them to management Communicate professionally with property managers and clients when necessary Maintain productivity while ensuring quality does not suffer Ensure crews follow company safety procedures Properly operate commercial landscaping equipment and tools Make sure trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools remain clean and organized Monitor equipment for damage or maintenance needs and report problems promptly Ensure the crew arrives prepared and follows the assigned route and schedule Take responsibility for the overall appearance and quality of the properties assigned to your crew

Qualifications Required:

Previous professional landscaping or lawn maintenance experience Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Strong understanding of mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and landscape maintenance Ability to lead and hold a crew accountable Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred:

Previous Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor experience Experience working for a larger commercial landscaping company Experience maintaining HOAs, apartment communities, commercial properties, or large landscape accounts Knowledge of irrigation and basic landscape installation Bilingual English/Spanish CDL or experience driving landscaping trucks and trailers What We're Looking For We're especially interested in candidates who are dependable, experienced, organized, and comfortable taking ownership .
