Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, along with the ability to operate tow trucks safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and securely. Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, ensuring timely service delivery. Perform vehicle inspections and basic automotive diagnostics to assess issues. Load and unload vehicles with care, using proper techniques to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle details and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on service status and addressing any concerns. Manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction during stressful situations. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with tow trucks. Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles. Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly. Ability to provide outstanding customer service in high-pressure environments. Familiarity with load unloading procedures and safety protocols. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must be 25 or older due to insurance restrictions.
