Job Description
The Box Truck Driver will be a self-motivated team member who is detail-oriented and diligent regarding accuracy and quality of the work performed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE
- Applicant must be highly dependable and have a good work history
- Must be willing to work long shifts with the potential of staying overnight on occasion
- Must have a minimum Class C Commercial Driver's license
- Must have basic working knowledge of electronics
- Must be a safe driver with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must have good people and communication skills
- Must be able to lift 125 lbs.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for obtaining and keeping current a minimum of Class C Commercial Driver's License
- DOT physical, and DOT Drug screen
- Responsible for knowing and complying with DOT regulations
- Load, unload, and deliver freight
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift 125 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry countertops individually or with a teammate
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete for periods of time
EXPECTED HOURS
- Availability to work 8 hours per day and additional overtime hours Monday - Friday
